Services > DHCP Server > LAN > Actions > View Details:
- Set Range Start and Range Stop to desired values (x.x.x.30 and x.x.x.240 suggested)
- Set UniFi Controller IP if you have one
Leases > Map Static IP for devices that you want to have a static IP
